Billing/payment
I ask students to pay for each month's lessons/classes at the first meeting of that month, though I can make exceptions when necessary. I accept cash or personal checks. Remember to check your calendar to see if the current month has 4 lessons or 5.
Missed lessons
Please call at least 24 hours before your lesson to reschedule. If you call less than 24 hours before, you need to ask very nicely. Otherwise, the lesson is considered missed and I cannot credit or reschedule. If something goes horribly wrong and I miss your appointment, we will do a make-up at your convenience, or credit you the following month.
Missed pad classes
No credit for missed pad classes, but you can make them up by coming on an off night. I do ask that you let me know if you can't make a scheduled pag group.
The complimentary introductory lesson
To new private lessons students I offer a free 30-minute introductory lesson, taught in my home studio. Sorry, I cannot drive to the student's home for this lesson.
Refunds
Sorry, I can't give refunds for partial months of lessons. If for some reason you need to stop lessons in the middle of a month, I can credit you for the missed lessons when you return.
